It's Time

It’s time. I’ve known for some time now that it’s time. For me that means it’s time to fully step into Inner Economics, for you it will mean an entirely different thing.

As we step into our different gifts and services (instead of merely goods and services, even though many will take the form of goods) we begin to embody the wisdom that each one of us carries within.

As Martín describes in the quote to the left, by embodying our wisdom we become it. We begin to trust that there is enough space for all of us to shine. Instead of hoarding as a form of security, we are given another “option”- live it, practice it, be it. The recession of August 2008 reminded us that change is inevitable and that no economist can really predict what will happen. They are all educated estimations, but the down side is that future estimations have many of us waiting for that perfect moment to step in and fully live life.

It’s time…In fact, there is no time to waste. No one else will live your vision for you. No one else will “deliver” your dream. How to find it? Here are some tips:

Write out your life story. Find the patterns, cycles and important moments that have marked your life. See how the difficult ones and your shadows fit in. By writing it out you can take a step back and weave that magical thread that is you.
Take long walks in nature. From your heart talk to the tress. Watch the birds. Re-discover your wildness. See the beauty in the messiness and imperfection, and remember you are already whole.
Make a timetable of what you commit to and send it to a friend. Ask your friend to hold you accountable. Remember, we do not have to do this journey alone.
